Zach Chaffee
Owner & Pitmaster of Rolling Hills BBQ
A Western MA local, currently raising two kids in Wilbraham, MA with my wife Nicole.
In 2016, I started Barbecuing on my Weber Smokey Mountain smoker, affectionately named “The Bazooka,” as a hobby to enjoy GOOD New England Barbecue. Barbecue, to me, is all about using local ingredients to create something special. I heavily focus on incorporating maple flavors, smoking with fruit woods, and as a true New Englander - I fire up the grill in the snow, sleet, and rain!
When I’m not behind the grill, you’ll find me at a disc golf course, coaching youth soccer, or cooking up a good time with friends and family alike. Cooking has been a passion of mine since childhood—some of my fondest memories are of making 'wicked garlic bread' on the weekends with my Dad.
